Eastons Baby Announcement

So I finally sent these out last week. Sorry if you didnt get one, I must not have your address. So I thought I would post it for you to see. Also his blessing invite is on here, we are doing it when we come back to Kanab. Cant wait... YAY

So I totally realize, I miss spelled Your...Its supposed to be You're. If you know me well you know I stink at spelling :) But I do have to say my proof readers didn't pick up on it ;) So oh well, sorry to all you English Nazis.

More Random Pics

So this is another post of just some different pictures. The first few I was trying to catch Easton smiling. He smiles so much lately and I just haven't got it on camera, these are not great but you can kind of see. Easton had his EKG and Ecco done this past week also. They couldn't hear the heart murmur but when they did the Ecco they still can see it. It is very small now and the Dr. said it will probably close up, since it already has started, it just hasn't finished. He said even if it stays as small as it is he will be able to run and play just like normal. So no worries there, which is good.

This is from mothers day. This is the first mothers day that I kind of felt like I should be celebrating it for me, basically I really felt like a mother. It was a good day, its funny how we celebrate this and I feel like I should have the whole day off...but you don't, you still get to wipe butts or clean pee off the floor or have the kids to yourself cause Daniel (always) has to study. But that's what I am a mom and it never ends. I'm very thankful for my kids and my husband. They treated me good, they got me flowers and a massage and some tans. Daniel cooked up some stakes and we had a good day. And the day before the Elders in the branch cooked us up some dinner. These pictures are cheesy.

So the Friday before mothers day Daniel went camping with the YM. I don't like to stay the night by my self but being in VIRGINIA I had too. So I'm at home and 9 pm gets here and there is a huge storm that rolls in. I was scared...Thunder and Lightening non stop for 30 min. There was never silence with the thunder it rolled and rolled straight for 30 min. The Lightening was like someone was flipping on and off the lights. Rain was pouring like crazy. Then the city alarm started going off. We were in a tornado warning and there was a tornado heading towards a near by town. I was calling Daniel like every 5 min. Anyways, it was a scary night, I think lightening hit our house, there was one time I jumped out of my seat and was sick to my stomach it was so loud. Emilie's blinking toothbrush in the bathroom went off. I made it through and was glad when Daniel got home.

So this is a funny story. I was giving Easton a bath and Emilie always thinks she has to help and stand right there. Well he peed... ya Emilie's hair is soaked with pee. haha I was cracking up and Emilie was freaking out, she gets so scared when pee is shooting...she doesn't understand. Priceless.

Emilie is singing Sunbeam in this video. She just walks around singing songs all day. I love it. The videos are never as good as the first time she does them. One day I will get a better version.



So lastly...Take a VOTE. I'm changing my hair just don't know what to change it too. I'm going to color it dark again just for a little while I think, I still like highlights so I might put them back in soon, but I want a different style. Daniel picked out this picture a long time ago. He keeps telling me to cut my hair like hers. I just don't know what to think. I'm scared cause she has some short layers...I don't know. Tell me what you think and take a vote. Also I'm scared to get it cut out here. I'm hoping Kristie will be home the week of 4th of July. Kristie let me know.

We got pictures taken last week. I didn't know who to go to out here, so I think the lady did an OK job. I'm happy with the pictures but I could have gone to someone better with more creativity. Anyways, I hate almost all our family ones, this is one of the only good ones and then I picked my favorites of the kids. So here you go.

4 Random Things

So this is a very random post. These are just a few things that have happened lately. Easton is now almost 6 weeks old, time has gone by a lot faster than with Emilie. But I do have to say those of you with 2 kids or more...Your Amazing. Anyways, here are a few things for all those interested.

1: This is Emilie singing to the V.I.P song. My mom came out last week and gave her this CD of songs that we used to listen to as kids. She loves it and has been listening to it all the time and I love it because it brings back great childhood memories.

While my mom was here we took a trip to Roanoke VA and went shopping at the mall. I don't know the last time I have been in a mall. Needless to say we wore Daniel and the kids out, they were so cranky at the end of the day.

2: We received some packages last week from some family members. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Laub, Aunt Carolyn and Family & Aunt Cheri and Family. Emilie loved opening them and everything that Easton got was very appreciated. This is Emilie opening one and below is Easton on a new blanket that Grandma Laub made.

3: We had such a fun experience. I went in to change Eastons diaper and as I was changing it when my hair appointment showed up. Easton decided he wasn't done so he let it all go....Well as you can see by the graphic details poop went everywhere, so I called Daniel in and we were cleaning it up and Easton pees over his head and onto Daniel. I really need to get used the this boy thing. And I think Daniels classmate is thinking twice about having kids. We did get it all cleaned up and had to move on with the day.4: And last the story of my life. Daniel is so into golfing lately...thanks Josh. :) He has been going like every week. But this is a picture of him and his tournament team. They played in a sponsored tournament and did well. They shot 10 under and won 2nd place. They each won $60.00 to Dicks Sporting Goods.

Daniel has this week off so we have been keeping busy. He is now a P2 student which means he is now in his second year. Only 1 more year of classes and then he will be done with them. yay He has done very well and has worked very hard. Well this was definitely a random post.

Easter 2009

Easter was so fun this year. Emilie is now old enough to get the concept and was able to find the eggs and know what was in them. We took her to see the Easter Bunny and she was so scared, Daniel and I actually thought he looked scary too. But anyways, here are a few pictures and videos of our fun day.
She woke up at 7:00 and asked if the Easter Bunny came, so we hunted for her basket and eggs in the morning cold, dew and fog. And she has some sweet hair. Oh and she calls the easter eggs, Easton Eggs because they sound close I guess.
